Transliteracy Conference - June 11 and 12, 2010

Many LBS organizations have asked for more training and hands-on experience related to e-learning. You may want to consider the following opportunity when applying for Q4 funding.

Please consider participating in the 2010 Transliteracy Conference which has been designed by the Adult Learning Centres: Grey Bruce Georgian as an opportunity for LBS staff and students to build the skills related to successful e-learning! We are excited to have workshops being developed by some of the leaders in e-learning in Ontario. And they’re coming to Owen Sound!

Our conference blog at http://transliteracyinfo.blogspot.com/ will be updated during the next few weeks, as workshop details are finalized.

Early bird registration pricing will be in effect until March 15, 2010. There are additional discounts if your organization is sending more than one participant. Conference registration fees include lunch and dinner on June 11th and 12th. Accommodation is not included, but we will be sending information about local accommodations. We will also help with car pooling and other arrangements to make your conference experience.

Soon we will have our conference space on Ning! And there’s lots more happening!

We look forward to your participation.

Sincerely,
Tim Nicholls Harrison, Manager
