Programs
QUILL Network can help connect adults to essential skills upgrading programs. All programs are free, confidential and provide a learner-centred curriculum based on individual needs and goals, such as further education, employment or personal independence.
There are many reasons why adults choose to attend an upgrading program. If you want to earn more high school credits, get your GED (General Educational Development) certificate, or take college or apprenticeship courses, these programs will prepare you for success. Programs will also benefit adults who need to upgrade their skills for current or future jobs. Each person has their own incentives for wanting to improve their ability to read, write, use the computer, or other skills, just in their own personal lives.
There are full-time and part-time opportunities in classrooms, small groups or one-on-one with volunteer tutors.
Click on the map to find out about a program near you or call the QUILL Learning Hotline Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 4 pm at 1-800-530-6852. You may also download a PDF of the current programs listing.
