All members of the QUILL Learning Network will:

  • Receive regular correspondence and information packages including newsletters and e-bulletins.
  • Be part of network committees and special project reference groups
  • Be eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors
  • Receive reduced rates at QUILL conferences and other special events
  • Be connected to adult literacy and learning opportunities locally, provincially and nationally
  • Receive reduced rates on special QUILL services such as clear language consultations on printed materials, literacy awareness and sensitivity training and literacy audits for agencies and workplaces
  • Have access to the network’s extensive resource collection of materials, reports, videos and curriculum support
  • Have a vote at all general meetings of the network

QUILL Network has three (3) types of membership:

  1. Organizational - any agency that is delivering a Literacy and Basic Skills program funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities in the region of Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth and The Georgian Triangle. Allows for up to three individuals associated with the agency to have membership privileges.
  2. Associate - any agency or business that supports the mission and activity of QUILL Network. Allows for up to three individuals associated with the agency to have membership privileges.
  3. Individual - any person who supports the mission and activity of QUILL Network. Person can be employed and/or affiliated with any Organizational or Associate member. Allows for only the person holding membership to have membership privileges.

Membership is welcome at any time and is valid for one year from April 1 to March 31.

To make it easier for you to begin to benefit from the privileges of membership in the QUILL Learning Network you can complete and submit an electronic membership form today. Membership payment, in the form of a cheque payable to QUILL Learning Network, can then be sent by mail at your convenience.
